The origins of the business date back to 1970, when Fiorenzo Martegani decided to found his own company, inspired by his father-in-law's work. As early as the 1950s, the latter had sensed the potential of an innovative service for the time: supplying the main tie manufacturers in Milan with pre-cut interlinings according to model, contributing to the development of the first fabrics specifically for ties. A pioneering vision that laid the foundations for future activity.

Over the decades, the company has grown while maintaining a strong link with its artisanal identity. Starting in the 1990s, with the entry of his sons Paolo and Stefano, Martegani Fiorenzo embarked on a path of development and modernization. Thanks to their contribution, new machinery was introduced, production processes optimized, and the customer portfolio expanded, both in Italy and abroad.
