Custom Die Cutting
In line with our craftsmanship tradition, we have developed a new production division dedicated to custom die-cutting. An independent activity from the world of ties, yet based on the same technical know-how and attention to precision that we have cultivated for over fifty years.
The production process relies on hydraulic presses with a power of 80 tons of pressure and working surfaces up to 115 × 115 cm. Thanks to steel-shaped dies or “American” dies, we can cut materials of different types into precise, defined shapes.
This technology allows us to produce custom components for various applications, combining operational flexibility with high-quality standards. We develop new dies based on customer drawings, offering a true tailored service applied to industry, where every detail is designed to ensure functionality, consistency, and flawless execution.
